Day 3: Sesame Noodles

Note to Tomorrow Me:  You might want to start dinner earlier than 10 minutes after your toddler usually eats. Most probably everyone will be less cranky that way.

Tonight, I tried to combine the Sesame Noodles with Wilted Greens recipe from Budget Bytes with a sesame-tahini noodle recipe from a cookbook. Shoulda just stuck with the original, I kept getting confused and then overcooking things while I tried to figure it out.

It was yummy! I may not make it again for a while because Sam can't chew cooked spinach like that. And if you're gonna throw sesame seeds on top of anything, you really might as well toast them.
