Really Fast Pork Chop Dinner
Why have I never seen "breakfast chops" before? These thin little pork cutlets cooked up in minutes. I sprinkled them with seasoned salt, tossed them in a pan with olive oil on medium high heat, and let them brown on both sides, which only took a few minutes.
They were just so dang fast! I'm not sure I'll revert to my usual flour-dredged pork chop rigamarole, especially because these were nearly as tasty as the more complicated ones.
Dinner tonight was rounded out by microwaveable steamed veggies and wheat Ritz crackers. If I had had more time, I would have made potatoes... but fast and easy was the name of the game tonight.
