Black Bean Burgers
There are probably fancy people out there who make homemade black bean patties on a Tuesday night. Not I.
These frozen veggie pucks were just the ticket for tonight. In the 10 minutes that they baked, I heated up steamer-bag broccoli and chopped up some strawberries. Bam. Done. Woohoo!
