Meal Plan for This Week

I would have posted this yesterday. But everything shifted around a bit when, eyeing my toddler sobbing on the cold hard ground because I would not let him eat mysterious backyard fungus, I decided this might be a good day to let other people cook. Thanks, Panera!

Tuesday: Miso Sweet Potato and Broccoli Bowl (Smitten Kitchen), pictured above from the last time I made it. You have probably heard me sing the praises of this bowl before. It's just glorious. 

Wednesday: Spicy Roasted Broccoli Pasta (NYTimes Cooking)This is a new one, and I have high hopes. I'm roasting the broccoli for this tonight, since I need to roast broccoli for the miso bowls, too.

Thursday: Easy Vegetarian Black Bean Chili (Mashup Mom). I was going to make this last week, and then... didn't! So it got bumped.

Friday: We're hosting a youth group event, and there will be pizza. Hooray!
