Recipe Review: Blackened Shrimp Tacos

You may have noticed I've been on a Budget Bytes kick lately. I've been trying to keep our grocery costs down, and they're reliably delicious and budget-friendly! Also, I'm a firm believer in following recipe sources you know and trust. Random Pinterest people have burned me too many times.

Joe made the shrimp for these and they came out great. Flavorful without being spicy. Sam ate a couple and did not declare them "too hicy!" so you know they're tame. The sauce is creamy and an awesome complement to the shrimp. 

I bought precooked shrimp instead of raw for this because ALDI has what it has. I also bought an Asian salad mix instead of coleslaw because... ALDI has what it has! But as a bonus, that mix already included green onions.
